About Me
I am a qualified integrative counsellor, psychotherapist, and supervisor, offering a warm, supportive, and professional space where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences safely.
My approach is flexible and tailored to you. While my foundation includes person-centred principles, I integrate a range of therapeutic approaches including NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) to support meaningful, realistic, and lasting change. I believe therapy should not only offer insight, but also help you move forward with clarity, confidence, and practical tools.
I work with both individuals and couples, supporting a wide range of challenges. I have a particular specialism in working with men, especially those navigating trauma, emotional difficulties, and life pressures. I also have extensive experience in domestic abuse, working with both victims and perpetrators, offering a balanced, non-judgmental space focused on accountability, healing, and change.
I am deeply passionate about the work I do. I bring not only professional knowledge, but also genuine care, honesty, and a willingness to both support and gently challenge you where needed. My aim is to help you better understand yourself, break unhelpful patterns, and create a more fulfilling and balanced life.
As one client shared:
"Beata has an innate ability to understand and empathise. She knows when to listen and when to challenge long-standing patterns of thinking and behaviour. With clarity and objectivity, she reflects what may be happening beneath the surface, helping clients recognise and move beyond cycles they may feel stuck in. Her work empowers and encourages real, lasting change."
At the heart of my work is a simple but powerful belief:
everyone deserves the opportunity to heal, grow, and live a more meaningful life.
